Its always the cold weather that gets you.. the first thing that got me, other than the poor pokemon turning blue from the cold, was the pendulous snot hanging from its nose... I would say that it'd be a tad inconvinient for cubchoos if it was a true physiological feature like how smoke hangs out of torkoal because nasal blockage is no trivial matter..
