The only pokemon so far to speak justificably, although meowth does with skills up a notch.. today's issue is about communication.. well i do see that humans do understand pokespeak very well.. judging from the way Ash responds to his pikachu is really puzzling. He must really be that good to distinguish those pika~pikas, although I do infer that he infers what pikachu is talking about.
