whom likes to use this pokemon(as well as porygon Z) in his card game decks.
Porygon 2 was remembered for its ability to play another supporter card on top of the one allowed.. well in a way allows him to set up faster. Porygon Z was used in combination with the lake boundary card (weakness x2) and a type conversion ability of Porygon Z, which hands out a formidable combination attack that can knock out any pokemon..
Phew.. that's a mouthful of strategy i think anyone can understand.. well its this thing about a good command of language and card games because you could twist the phrase to your favor if its statement is sort of vague.. I've seen magic card battles that turn into serious debates before..

Sucks that Porygon is the only pokemon never shown in the Anime...
I'm still mad at how the blame went to Porygon but not Pikachu... (I actually blame the creators for adding flashing colors into that episode)
